I looked at a few Range Rovers before visiting Greenacres 4x4, The only downside was the business was hard to find and a rough road, but then again that's why you buy a 4x4. I found Ricci the owner very helpful and not at all pushy. He basically left me with the car to inspect and then we went with a test drive. Again no pressure. I then bought the Range Rover Vogue and collected late evening. Unfortunately on the way home the car went into limp mode. I called Ricci and his response was 110%. He collected the car at 7.30am the next morning ( I live almost 50 miles away) and it was then taken to a Range Rover expert. It was found that a sensor had failed (Air map sensor). Know one could have foreseen this fault and Ricci was on the phone to try and track down 2 new sensors (only 1 failed), I also was on the internet trying to find them but almost all were on a couple of days delivery. The next day my car was delivered back with some other items replaced that the specialist said were OK but should be changed at a later date. Ricci had them replaced at no cost to me, as he wanted the car 100%. In the past I have bought many cars and to be honest I find main dealers fantastic when your buying, however when you have a problem they don't wish to know. In Greenacres 4x4 case I cannot fault them and would highly recommend them. Thank you Ricci.

I travelled 250 miles up from Torbay to buy my Freelander from Ricci @ Greenacres 4 x 4. Having initially viewed his stock on auto trader, then on line plus you tube. I was really extremely impressed with his overall professionalism, the service I received from him and his set up. Clearly Ricci is a true specialist in his field. Ricci was very welcoming on arrival. There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch from him.. I was left alone for a good amount of time to really inspect the vehicle of my choice. All his stock was immaculate and covered in individual dust covers. I saw the car I wanted having had the pick of his current stock. I viewed it, test drove it for half an hour or so and bought it from him all within about an hour. It was a low mileage, one owner from new vehicle which had been absolutely immaculately presented and had undergone a full valet inside and out. The vehicle also had a good service history. Over coffee, Ricci provided all the necessary information, history and paperwork with the vehicle and was very helpful with all queries raised. Why bother going to a main dealer and paying their inflated prices. This dealership is first class and everything that you would hope for when buying a used car. Ricci is an honest and reliable dealer I would therefore without doubt recommend Ricci @ Greenacres 4x4 without hesitation to anyone in the market for a 4x4. The Discovery was immaculately presented, exactly as described on the website. Ricci was genuinely helpful in showing enough of the car and then leaving us to "play". I reported a small fault a couple of days after purchase which was resolved by Ricci and an engineer in a matter of a couple of hours. When I come to change my car next I will be phoning Ricci first.

Greenacres 4x4 has to be your first stop if looking for a quality 4x4. All of his vehicles are in the best condition and such a nice person to deal with. Ricci gave me plenty of time to "play" with the vehicle to make sure I was happy with everything. The Toyota Hilux I brought from Greenacres Is the best in the UK without a doubt. Discovered Greenacres through Autotrader and thence to the website. When I telephoned to enquire about opening hours (it was bank holiday after all) I was pleasantly surprised when Ricci informed me that opening hours were not an issue! "Just let me know when you plan to arrive"....And it went from there - an immaculate garage where the cars are stored and cared for; personal attention of just the right degree (not too much but also not too little), and the deal was efficiently done. Minor problems with the Freelander arose but Ricci was right on the ball. Although I live in Norwich and Greenacres live on the far side of the world he spared no effort to organise and pay for other garages to undertake the minor remedial work required. I whole heartedly recommend a visit to Greenacres 4x4.......

ALL ROUND FANTASTIC SERVICE - WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We can highly recommend Greenacres 4x4. We had spent 5 months searching for a Land Rover Discovery and had viewed many. I had been looking on line for ages for a Jeep Grand Cherokee when i came across Ricci and the Greenacres 4x4 site..I cant recommend him highly enough and will buy of him again in the future.Went to look at a Jeep the vehicle was immaculate Ricci was really helpful and told me where it was sourced and its history.There was one minor issue with a recurring tyre pressure warning message but he promised to sort it.After a couple of attempts at fixing the problem with new tyre valves and re codeing the warning was still flashing .Ricci true to his word picked my Jeep up from home and took it to the nearest Jeep dealership where it stayed until it was sorted. Don't waste your time going to main dealer for a 4x4 - go straight to Ricci at Greenacres 4x4.We bought a Freelander2 07 plate from Ricci, We bought it after 20 mins test drive - loved it. Like the other reviewer, it was immaculately presented having had a full valet inside and out. Also there were some nice additional extras on ths model we bought e.g. side running boards which really enhance the exterior. Also one owner, with full Landrover dealer service history.

From the first moment I set foot on the Greenacres site to the moment I drove off with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I can honestly say it was the best 'car buying experience' I have ever had. Ricci provided all the information, history and life story of the car and left me alone to fully explore and find my way round the car. There was no pressure sales pitch and I decided straight away that it was for me. It was a low mileage, one owner, immaculately clean &, polished! The personal touch of having all the cars under their own covers in the showroom showed me what a dedicated, professional dealership this is.
